Shipping 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. 

When your order is prepared, kindly allow us 3-5 business days to process and ship it. For all orders within Canada, we will use Canada Post or UPS as the shipping carrier. Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 1 week. Rest assured, you will receive an email to keep you updated on the status of your order.

For US shipping, an email will be sent to confirm your order. Shipping for US orders will be handled by either UPS or Canada Post.

If you've opted for Local Delivery and your order is ready, please allocate 3-5 business days for it to reach you. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will reach out to inform you promptly.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure to input your address accurately, including your apartment number.

Note: Please be aware that SAIO holds no responsibility for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additionally, we are not liable for any stolen packages after they have been delivered.
